Our Story
Hi, we’re Fatima and Terrance, the founders of Pack Pilot.
Pack Pilot really started from a simple conversation between the two of us. We were talking about moving and how much goes into it. Finding boxes, buying tape, putting boxes together, packing everything, and then ending up with a pile of cardboard when it’s all over.
We thought, there has to be an easier way to do this.
That’s where the idea for Pack Pilot came from
We wanted to create something that would make moving a little easier for everyday people. With Pack Pilot, we bring clean, sturdy, reusable moving totes right to your door. You pack, move, and unpack, and when you’re finished, we come back and pick them up. No searching for boxes. No putting boxes together. No piles of cardboard afterward.
For us, Pack Pilot is more than just renting totes. We both understand what it’s like to juggle family, work, business, and everyday life. When you add a move on top of everything else, it can get overwhelming fast. If we can make one part of that process easier, then we’ve done what we set out to do.
We’re building Pack Pilot together from the ground up, one customer and one move at a time. We appreciate every person who trusts us to be a small part of their move, and we don’t take that support for granted.
